Confused About GFR/BUN, UTI Symptoms & What Urologist Said
Potassium
$ sodium &
Chloride
all good. So all numbers are normally except GFR and BUN. I was on anti-biotics when test was done if that matters. I was told that my numbers are normal, come back in 6 months.

I was diagnosed with Hashimotos this year at age 61 with several months of issues including leg spasms, hot flashes, brittle hair, fatigue and memory confusion. TSH of 40 to 49 after TSH tests even though thyroid test three months earlier had a TSH of 1.8. Nodules on thyroid. One year ago I was diagnosed

Anyone got any tips on what to take for a possible water infection?
I take thyroxine and bp medication so I'm unsure what's safe to take? I used to take potassium citrate but think that was before I was on bp tablets. Any help greatly appreciated 🌞🌞🌞

Well that's annoying.
So, meds prescribed and picked up this morning, along with a replacement BP monitor and

to replace salt. I have been on steroids 18 months (ish), am down to 10.5 and will be 10 from tomorrow....lowest I have been and PMR is all good.

Potassium iodide
When my son and I became suspicious about 2 years ago that we might have an iodine deficiency, we stumbled on Lugol's Solution and took 3 drops of it in our food for a few months. Extensive reading brought me to "Betadine", a potassium iodide solution sold in stores as an anti-biotic for scraps and minor
