Restless leg relief
Please anyone with restless leg try potassium citrate and vitamin B1 you’re symptoms will be gone within a few days. I had restless leg so bad I wore holes in my bottom sheet. This is safe and my belief it’s a vitamins deficiency. Worth a try

Potassium Citrate
On this forum there was a reference to a report of a study of 68 RLS patients who took potassium citrate. The experiment may have lacked some rigour - there were no blind subjects as a control group. However at the end of 45 days 100% of the patients apparently had no symptoms. (See link at the

My CKD experience so far
I got my GFR up and
potassium
, protein, phospherus and calcium okay currently.
Chloride
was down to 95. That was a new one for me. The past 18 months I have gained and lost weight. I want to maintain my current weight because I feel better.

SIBO: akin to leaky gut; Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth. Difficult to treat, though found info on Lugol's Iodine? Can we do iodine?
Now considering the possibility of having SIBO as well.. Looked it up on line. Found references to Lugol's Iodine. Iodine, the double edged sword. Do we or don't we...yet we get told to eat seaweed? I am confused, fed up, not feeling well and seriously running out if patience. My bowel consultant acts
