Stress of studies
Did the toxic stress of studies cause my mental health problems or due to po*n usage? I took constant stress and overstudied from 5th std to 10th std and 11 th and 12th. Btw I also practiced guitar (am a guitarist) and also hung out with friends when I could. Went to school regularly upto 10 grade. But

help with nightmares from ptsd
in October I had to put down my service dog that I rescued, she has lymes that we were treating and it came back almost every other month. I knew I didn’t have a lot of time left however the vets kept giving false hope that I had more time then I actually did. When the day came to put her to rest and

ptsd & cancer/surgery
Hi everyone, Not posted on this forum for a long time. I was diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer 3 weeks ago. The first surgery 3 weeks ago triggered me big time. I’m having major surgery next week, and what panicking about being triggered again (that’s not even to mention the anxiety over chemo

Stress echo after effects
I had a dobutamine stress echo on Sunday which was pretty unpleasant and triggered my paroxysmal AFib. The AFib reverted on Monday morning but I am not feeling well since. Did anyone else have any after effects please?
