Extras
I'm stressed. PTSD requires extras. I have been moving forward but EXTRA difficult. I cried hard last night because my memory has been jacked up. It's been a lot.

Hi all I posted on here 2 years ago talking about Psychosis after the birth of my son in 2010. I had a little girl the year before who lived only 8 hours but no PPP there just grieving. I have gone on to have another son last year he is 18 months now. My GP is fantastic and referred me to all the right

Can't believe it!!
Was in therapy for ptsd for many years, helping me a lot with work situations, but the last year I wanted to end it did it abruptly and she was not too pleasant and I ended coming down with bipolar reaction, no sleep, can't sleep. I am back to 80 % but feel the whole thing was a trauma. Psychiatrist

Anyone else really tired?
I seem to be a regular here but just wondered if anyone else was exhausted after suffering from PP? I had PP in March 2014, probably five days after birth of my son. Prescribed Aripriprizole. This made me feel really sleepy. Came off medication in May this year but I still feel tired all the time. My

hi all
hi all again, I am just starting to write on the site....not feeling too well so short intervals at the computer still... Here's the deal. I avoid triggering things, people, places, noises etc. Things don't feel very well at all. I need to heal the PTSD, not avoid forever. But for now, it is all

Am I alone and will It ever go away
Hi I suffered with PP in 2013, after the birth of my first child, I had never heard of it before, also once the physcosis subsided I was left with severe anxiety and depression. As the literature advised it was roughly a year before I felt ok again. Another year has passed now and I have had periods

Dealing with PTSD & mourning.
Missing my sweet Dad. I know you have read that in my posts before, but it's my new reality. Loved him so much. Took care of him, so now it's freed up time in my day as well. I feel kinda stuck, bc I need to mourn him, or this will come back to me with vengeance. There are no short cuts. Would love to

Finally Diagnosed
It was June 9th,....I'm so happy we have a diagnosis now. They have started treatment & I hope I will be on the mend soon. I still have a lot of work ahead of me tho. PTSD doesn't come overnight & doesn't leave after a diagnosis. The only part that's difficult, is I wished my Dad was here so I could
