I'm stressed. PTSD requires extras. I have been moving forward but EXTRA difficult. I cried hard last night because my memory has been jacked up. It's been a lot.

I agree with what you wrote. It is both emotionally and physically exhausting to deal with symptoms.

What helps me is to take a break, do something to bring myself back from anxiety like watching some TV or just resting. Take some time for yourself.

Ugh, yes! SO DIFFICULT! Extra time, extra effort, extra tries, everything! We are right here with you. We will climb up this mountain together. When you need to rest, we'll rest and when you're ready, we'll take another step.

I know what you mean, I also get stressed...PTSD is really something else to battle with especially with memories and sadness.
