Chat and support
Hi there, my little girl is now four. I had PPP back in 2016. I have very little support, her dad left me at 7 weeks pregnant and my family live mainly in Spain and California which is great for holidays but I crave that random popping in for a cuppa, a Sunday dinner with family, someone to pick my girl

REALLY could have stayed in bed a while longer after a horrible wkend of emotional stress... but after a 20 min self pep talk dragged myself into running gear and set off.. Last part was a struggle and almost gave into a power walk again but told myself I could keep going right to my door and I did

Psychosis after PP
Hello all, One of my biggest fears since experiencing PP in 2015 was having another psychosis. The trauma that my episode of PP caused meant the idea of this happening again was something I was sure I could cope with, and although my life had pretty much returned to normal and I was recovered, I knew

Loss of my friend
I just found out that my friend killed herself last night. I am so broken inside. She suffered from.a lot of emotional issues and PTSD from a past abusive relationship. I met her a couple years ago and so quickly we became very good friends. We shared a lot of the same pain and we just really got each

W1 R2 - Run like a gazelle!
Evening All! I’ve had a busy one looking after my boisterous niece and nephew today. Didn’t have a minute to myself from 8am-6pm so I was pleased that my babysitting duties coincided with run day 🙏🏼 I’d been thinking about it a lot during the day and was as keen as proverbial mustard to lace up

Early hydroxychloroquine treatment Covid charts
Look at the global HCQ studies results. Digest the content. "Global HCQ studies. PrEP, PEP, and early treatment studies show high effectiveness, while late treatment shows mixed results." 100% of early treatment including Post Exposure Prophylaxis studies are very positive. https://c19study.com/ Please

Covid symptoms
6 years ago I had sepsis pneumonia multi organ failure etc. I was in an induced coma for 15 days and in hospital over 6 weeks. Ever since I have had most of the symptoms covid patients are talking about now. Shortage of breath extreme fatigue ptsd etc. I wonder if covid patients will suffer as long

Hello beautiful people💛💚 good news! Has anyone been prescribed Olanzapine for their ptsd??
So- 2 months ago, I said, “It can only go up from here!” Because I thought I had hit rock bottom. Turns out, I was wrong. I’ve definitely hit it now. 3 weeks ago, I changed anti depressants. No change, and got worse with PTSD... I have recently within the past 3 weeks had a few flashbacks... and then

PTSD?
A nurse colleague of mine has been having major anxiety & panic attacks like I am. She was diagnosed today with PTSD, which I believe I may also have. I always thought that affected war, rape, violent crime victims. Now I'm wondering if years of seeing horrible things, but not being the "victim"

Nightmares
Has anyone had nightmares and then they wake up are stuck in them for a bit? It keeps happening to me. I never get nightmares this frequently and never get stuck in them. It’s like I’m awake but still in the dream so I start crying or freaking out. Is there anything I can do to stop this? It’s really

Pounding heartbeat
My heart, since February beats whit a very strong pulse. At rest, I feeel my pulse and I see my arms, feet, and belly shaking at every heartbeat. It’s not fast (60 bpm) but strong. It’s strange but I didn’t panicked, therefore I feel chest pain since February at every exercice and my pulse is stronger

Drugs and ptsd
So a ‘friend’ of mine told me that it is his opinion that drugs will not cure ptsd, guilt, trauma, etc. I had mentioned to him that I am willing to risk addiction to benzos as my life is truly unmanageable now. He looked at me as if I was nuts...I do not blame him but I wanted to say, ‘walk a mile

W9 R1 - Now I know
Very pleased with myself to have this under my belt - now I know for sure I can actually keep moving for 30 mins 😆 An uneventful outing with no drama which makes a pleasant change ! I’m not at all worried that I’m not doing anything like 5k. I think that will come when I start 40-45 mins which will
