I suffer really bad from ptsd and anxiety.

I was involved in a car accident in October 2009

I can relate to your PTSD and anxiety. Do you find yourself with a lot of hyper vigilance ? For me I’m extremely alert 24/7 probably why I can’t sleep always I think something I bad is going to happen. And I use to get really bad flashbacks. They slowed down quite a bit. However, my anxiety is severe at times. Where I can’t do a thing and don’t accomplish anything.
