I think I have PTSD
I consistently have intense nightmares to the point that I have to take medication for it (Prazosin.) I don't understand why I keep having nightmares but when I check the symptoms I have nearly all of them. My nightmares are usually about me still being in high school having to redo my senior year even

Bad marriage and no family....
I am in a bad marriage and my family is not around and/or do not care. Due to my health I can't move out. His personality and the way he deals is really affecting my will to live. I don't want to be here and I feel it will be a matter of time. I am sick of battling MDD and PTSD. I also deal with an

Hi Has anyone tried the above device?..I get on ok with my aerobika but wondering if it’s worth spending £35 on the Evergreen Pari -o Pep? If it speeds things up I’d be interested in buying one 🙏

it is possible
to recover from PTSD/ complex PTSD. While I say it’s possible for me there will always be triggers. Recovery for me is knowing when I’m triggered and immediately kicking in with my coping strategies. It takes a lot of work and willingness to live as a survivor and not a victim. This has been my lived

Anxiety
I suffer from bad anxiety, and PTSD from childhood to now, and am 61 years old. I'd like to join this group to see what others do, or get new ideas on helping with these issues. I do mindfulness and breathing techniques, adult coloring. Can't do a lot of exercises because of DDD, and other back problems

a beautiful practice
over the years I have done yoga in many different studios but it did very little for me. Before ptsd it was the key to my happiness, and after my body was too tense and stuck in fight or flight to let the postures in. This kind of yoga is what I need. Enjoy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCJfXwm97rw

Hopelessness
I've been diagnosed officially with PTSD this week which is not a shock. I begin EMDR sessions next week so hope those are able to help. I have these bouts of feeling hopeless. I'm trying not to go too hard on myself but just feel that things will never get easier. Cry myself to sleep most nights with

I'm so tired of these tension headaches which are causing anxiety to hit the roof. I hope it's nothing wrong with my brain🤷🏻
Been getting them although my CAT scan was normal but I have always been suffering from GAD and PTSD that I have been clinically diagnosed with. Are anyone going through this too? Please let me know it will help me feel better

Medicinal cannabis?
As well as PBC I have fibromyalgia and complex PTSD. I’ve also been experiencing some major and unusual anxiety and depression in perimenopause, different from prior experiences of anxiety and depression. I saw a new GP today and he was suggesting medicinal cannabis which has been found to help many

Hello! New to the group
I was diagnosed with depression for about a decade and have been taking medicine since then. I also believe I have anxiety and A-PTSD. I am curious about how much a medicine helps or supports with depression because I feel like it helps but not all the time. Some days are difficult and some less or numb

You may be the same again. You will recover but you will always some type of setback and post PTSD. Hopefully you don’t not everyone does. Lots of luck to you.

polymorphic eruption of pregnancy
Hi I am 6dp5dt. From the beginning I noticed a rash in lower part of abdomen. It was later appeared also near belly button (then disappeared), then under breast (then disappeared) and the only mark left is the lower abdomen one. Reading online made me realize it might be associated to PEP (or PUPPP
