Hello anyone

I have got this constant gnawing ,scratching ,pinching ETC going on in my bum and for 3/4 months really bad constipation frightened to poop in case I "UNBLOCK" myself to the nasty stuff I just can't control I looked it up on DR GOOGLE and it came up with Proctalgia Fugax/ Levator Syndromeas I have all ready posted about my 2 colonoscopies 1 colon scans and don't want 2 bleat on I am taking Mebervine, Bucapans, Pep oil Alverine and any thing else that I can think of as well as being on/off the toilet and pants ETC up/down like a Yo-Yo all the time and feeling like a prisoner 2 the toilet and not ventured out for months now even wearing Tena pants all the time can any one help me please???
