Somethings gotta give
My PTSD is getting worse after a long stretch of nothing. Two nights in a row I've jolted out of bed and cleared rooms. I feel like I'm hearing someone outside my house. I only slept 3 1/2 hours in the past 50 hours. My anxiety is keeping me up in the after math.

Ringing in my ears?
Been on Mirtazapine for 7 weeks and it seems to be helping my anxiety and depression, but also seems like the ringing in my ears have increased. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Hello! I am new to this board but not new to HealthUnlocked. During one of my counseling sessions, I brought up my childhood and punishment. Before my parents divorced, my so-called father often punished my brother and me by having us kneel on textured ceramic-like linoleum (1970s-80s). He would put

Dysthymia
I have been dealing with depression for over 3 decades and have been diagnosed with dysthymia and have tried all the meds and things like cbt and read all the books and done one to one and group therapy but to no avail. I am looking to hear from anyone who has dysthymia and have experienced any treatment

Progynova no buserelin
Hi ladies, I’m due to have a FET next week (hopefully) and this cycle I am only having progynova (started on day 1 of period) with no buserelin. I feel like my ovaries are twinging a lot (especially the left one) and I’m worrying that my body is trying to ovulate! I have a scan on Thursday to check

CBD OILS FOR ANXIETY
Hello everyone, I am new to the group, and excited to join. I hope I can help others, just as you all can help me. I originally joined the group because I needed a group to do my school project on. However, I also suffer from untreated anxiety and depression. So, does my 5 year old son. I thought this

Hi everyone bit of a long post so please bear with me. I was on paroxetine for years after the death of 2 of my baby’s (premature) this medication was brilliant for more than 10 years, however a few months before Xmas I was the worst with anxiety and was switched to mirtazapine (now 45mg) it worked right

Counselors
Last summer I was diagnosed with ptsd and a panic disorder. My counselor has been helping me through those and has been wonderful. He’s missed our last two sessions this week and last with no notice or follow up. I’ve emailed him with no signs of life. I tried to go out to the store after the second

Not much I can say I hoped after losing our daughter Amelia at 20 weeks pregnant this was my happy ending but it's not to be. 😢 I feel devastated that it hasn't ended how we wanted but we will continue to try again and not be beaten and focus on our daughter Francesca after 7 years of trying she is

Concerned about cost -Adding Lamotrigine ER and Elfolate
I have been in a six month low grade depression after a manic episode this summer. My doctor prescribed these yesterday and I was in shock by the high prices. I left a message for the doctor. I want to hear from people taking these drugs and how they manage the costs. I have Medicare for insurance

Started c25k again for the 3rd time this week and rediscovered the strange euphoria of running in the pouring rain! I know I can do it and one of my best ever moments was running a very slow 10K in the very hot summer of August 2018. I feel very unfit now after a couple of injuries and general lockdown
