Are there any zoom or virtual support groups for depression, anxiety and anger? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If in the UK, the charity Mind run support groups via Zoom at the moment.

I will be sure to, there is a zoom peer to peer meeting four times a week for 75 mins. Per meeting, its about depression and anxiety pretty helpful to me, all you need is the zoom app and you dont have to register, its called Living Well.
