Itchy Scratchy!!
Just a year post liver transplant and my life is being governed by relentless itching. My docs know about it and have given me antihistamines and colestyramine all to no avail. In fact it’s getting worse. Just wondered if there’s anything else available that could help. This is my first ever post here

Could I have some advice please. I was put on lio (t3) a few weeks ago. 20mg tablet. one half in morning and one half at night. She also prescribed me propronaol 3x a day to stop the heart palptations. Literally that night I got chest pains and they stayed with me for 3 days and got worse and I ended

Feeling lost
Six months ago my asthma went from well controlled to completely out of control for no clear reason. GP started off saying it was pollen triggered and put me on steroid tablets for a few weeks. GP then changed their mind and said upper respiratory infection and gave me antibiotics. As soon as antibiotics

Rash
Hi everyone. Hope you're doing ok. Have recently started triple therapy (methotrexate, hydroxychloroquine and sulphasalazine) and have developed a rash. I've left a message with the rheumy nurse but was wondering if anyone here has had this problem. I've taken antihistamine and applied copious amounts

Pain, melatonin, and Raynaud's
My husband and I took a low dose melatonin last night, 3 mgs. It helped me sleep and stay pain free all day long. Taking antihistamine has only worsened Raynaud's syndrome., so I quit in favor of trying melatonin. I was free of pain all day. and slept the night.

2nd degree heart block, type 2 = pacemaker. 49 years old and no previous heart issues
Hello all - my first post! I was diagnosed with heart block and after an EP test this week, it has been confirmed as Second degree heart block, type 2. I have been scheduled for a pacemaker, MRI compatible, implant this Wednesday, 26 September. At 49 I really feel that I'm in a surreal experience

Itchy?
Is anyone else itchy? I've got little sores on my head and little pimply things on my back - I have a bit of blood on my sheet or pillow most of the time (this isn't recent), and sometimes when I scratch there is red blood. I've had it to a certain degree most of the time for years, but it's worse lately

Can you all of a sudden develop an allergy?
A few years ago (2013) I was diagnosed with asthma and a year or so later I started to have problems eating foods I used to really enjoy. I went to see an allergist and she said I have an allergy to birch pollen, all nuts, coconut and dust mites. She did say I would not go into anaphylactic shock from

Metformin - 1,000mg time release - started this for pre-diabetes, it didn't seem to keep cancer from recurring OR maybe it kept the cancer from coming back worse - Metformin in cancer prevention and therapy Fenbendazole - 3x4gm weekly - Fenbendazole acts as a moderate microtubule destabilizing agent

Another setback
As you all know I started xeloda Tuesday. Today I woke up with a rash. I had an appt already to meet a new allergist so I went. She wound up to be a sweetheart and she called my oncologist. Have to stop the drug and go see him this afternoon. My head is in a fog. I am so upset. I am willing to fight

Anyone out there dizzy too?
I’ve been saying to my other half for the last week or so that I feel a bit dizzy and that at times I felt as if the world around me was moving - or the bed was when I was lying down. I seem to be better if I’m sitting up and even walking although I know I’m kind of focused on straight ahead and have

NDT and Piriton?
Hi, does anyone know if Piriton interacts with NDT negatively? I know there are issues with some antihistamines and Levothyroxine, but I'm hoping Piriton is ok with Thyroid S. This year, my hayfever which is normally mild, seems worse, so, sometimes I'm having to resort to taking Piriton. Thanks!

Itching with Lexapro (Escitalopram)
I am getting regular itching on my arms and legs. To the point where I’ve made myself sore. Particularly at night. I understand this is a possible side effect especially for women over 60. It’s alleviated a bit by antihistamines. Otherwise doing really well after 4 months and I don’t want to stop taking

Gluten and Urticaria (Hives)
Hi I am hypothyroid, not sure if I have hashimotos' the autoimmune type but my antibodies are top of the range. About 18 months ago I saw an Immunologist because I started to suffer with cold urticaria (hives when out in the cold weather) he did lots of blood tests but nothing really showed up. He prescribed
