Has Anafranil helped anybody with their OCD?
I have tried many different SSRI's for OCD without too much luck. Currently on Lexapro which is helping my anxiety but not totally my OCD. Has anybody used Anafranil before when SSRI's didn't work for you?

MRI scan yesterday
Hi everyone! I had a pelvic MRI scan yesterday to rule out infiltrative endometriosis. My consultant said she wouldn’t phone me unless there’s anything to report? I suffer with quite bad anxiety regarding my health so this isn’t the best situation with me. Anyone know how long MRI results take to get

Does anyone know how long it's supposed to take to work? I've had treatment resistant depression for 20yrs. Just started viibryd but my anxiety is unbearable. 24/7 panic attack and can't sleep. Dr gave me .5mg twice/day yesterday but hasn't done anything. I do nothing but cry. Anyone have any ideas

Has anyone tried having both the IUD and pill at the same time? What was your experience?
Hi all, I hope you’re doing well 🤍 My surgeon recently has recommended taking the pill on top of the IUD to try manage the endo/adeno pain that is coming back two fold. I’ve had the IUD for two years now and it worked initially for a short period of time but now it’s making my period last for up to

Prozac 10MG
Hi, I was placed on Prozac 10 MG abt a week ago & just wanted to ask if it was normal for it to heighten my anxiety before anything got better? I can’t say it’s made a change because I’d be lying. Still having panic attacks and obsessing over my fears. Any advice? No negative comments please. Thanks

Managing anxiety and "acceptance"
I have heard the trite but true "resistance equals persistence" comment a number of times in a handful of ways. I find the idea of fighting anxiety without fighting counter-intuitive. I read Barry McDonough's DARE response book and I disliked his approach, much for the same reason I've had trouble with

Social Anxiety Disorder and Attention Seeking
Hi all. I've struggled with depression and anxiety for about a decade, and much of my anxiety comes from social situations. Anxiety and Alcohol
Hi, I am not a person who used to drink much, but my recent excessive anxiety has sent me drinking, for which I feel horribly guilty. Sometimes it calms me, but it sometimes also has a rebound effect, i.e. the anxiety comes back worse after the effect of alcohol wears off. Anyone has had recourse to

Petition - Do not fluoridate our water!

New here
Hello, I'm a new member here that kind of went out to look for something to fill the void I guess. I've been feeling really lonely, while at the same time completely isolating myself from everyone close to me, so I just wanted to see other people that are like me. To start things off, I'm 21 years old

Hello fellow sufferers
I'm 62yr old female suffering since 1989 from anxiety, panic and depression. I feel hopeless after all these years though, not suicidal because of my fear of death.

Weirdest anxiety I've ever had, has anyone else had this happen to them?
I don't know what just happened to me. It was nothing like most anxiety I've experienced. I was sat on my sofa, enjoying a film. Out of nowhere, I had this huge head rush feeling and a massive burst of anxiety. It lasted about a second. My neck tingled, my head felt like it lost its balance. Normally

Gonal f 450 and Gonal f 1050
Hello ladies, I started my Gonal f 450iu tonight but a little bit confused. The nurse told me to inject 450 iu for 7 days and 375iu on day 8. But on the package leaflet, it mentions the daily dosage should start from 75iu to 150iu. I am very confused. Also need to know is Gonal f 1050 the same thing

Is Ativan addictive?
The past few days my anxiety has been off the charts. A few years ago, I worked with a doctor who told me Ativan can be addictive, and limited the amount she would prescribe me. I’m now with a different doctor who hasn’t put me on a limit with Ativan, just “as needed.” He seems to think increasing my

Slow down if you can and find that peace inside of you
That’s when inner peace finds you even if you are busy on the outside you can slow down your breathing and your thinking ... practicing this myself Here’s a pic from my morning walk P.s. breathe in through your nose filling up your stomach then breathe out through your nose ... filtering your thoughts
