AF meds and Valium
Hi all, don't remember asking this first because I'm super worry but, please, anybody has been prescribed Valium when on Digoxin, Flecainide, Sotalol? It appears to relax me and have better sleep, and I only have it some time. I don't think it affects me as it does to others. The Cardiologist prescribed

Mirtazapine and sertraline
I have been on mirtazapine for 5 months, 30mg, I have now been on 15 mg for almost a week. At the end of the week I have to start 50mg of sertraline, literally the day after my mirtazapine dose finishes. I am really worried that this isn't the best thing to do, but my doctor isn't giving me any other

Whenever my anxiety grabs me it takes hold and does not let go for what feels like hours to days. My chest get tight and whatever I’m anxious about consumes me to the point where I’m stuck and can’t crawl out. It makes everything feel worthless. I really want to find a way to be happy with myself so

Forehead feels tight/taut
This may be a silly question since I'm sure it's just anxiety and anxiety can cause ALL kinds of weird things... but- Has anyone experienced a tight feeling in their forehead, almost like weight or pressure? I started noticing this a little over a year ago, usually when I was feeling on edge. I'm sure

Bad panic attack
I am a 28 year old pretty athletic male. I’ve had anxiety disorder since I was 12. I am currently take 20mg of lexapro and 1mg of Ativan which I’ve been taking for some quite time. My anxiety has been very manageable the past couple years but within the last 6 months it’s got gradually worse. I believe

Confronting Anxiety Source
After managing or conquering anxiety. Has any ever had the experience of being heavily triggered by the anxiety trigger that set off your General Anxiety Disorder? Yesterday, I felt that I was going to have my first panic attack in a year from the source that set off my disorder? Is this odd?

Benzo differences
So far I've been prescribed Xanax, klonopin and Ativan. While they are all effective, there a subtle and not so subtle differences between them. For me, Xanax addresses my social anxiety way more than the others, and seems to hit my brain/cognition more. Klonopin tends to be smooth and has the axiomatic

I keep telling myself that the anxiety, fear and cry those thoughts aren't real no truth to them. Dr social worker and nurse are still trying to figure everything thing out. Found out the valum is for the anxiety but it's not doing anything, but exalting me. Slept in to 11:00. Since the valum has been

Driving anxiety support
Tomorrow I need to run into the office and to a medical appointment, the latter of which I will need to drive a new route to accomplish. These are both fairly menial tasks, but the idea of driving around to complete them has me frozen in panic. I am trying very hard not to chicken out and order a Lyft

Anybody here get stimulated by benzos?
Benzos are normally associated with drowsiness, fatigue, impaired judgment, etc. In my case, it's the complete opposite. It's as if when I take a Xanax or klonopin, all of sudden fear melts away, agoraphobia is gone and not keeping me sitting on my ass. It sorta gets me to pump my chest and go out and

Not enough focus on male fertility, feeling frustrated...
We’ve been with a well known London clinic for two failed cycles and all the focus has been on myself, I changed from gonal f to menopur and rattle when I walk with all the supplements I’m taking. Bit frustrated as it’s taken to now for the consultant to recommend that my husband sees a male fertility
