P.s. breathe in through your nose filling up your stomach then breathe out through your nose ... filtering your thoughts can be hard I understand especially with intrusive thoughts but try to question the negative if you can’t simply discard them and then focus on what good you can find.
For me I get really upset being around s certain person who I need to be around for bits of time every day. I’m learning to ask myself why am I so angry because really it was all in the past all the trauma and it will suite me better if I leg go and leg him me anx let myself be and focus instead on being my best self regardless of what this person says or thinks. Thanks for the reminder. I found myself in pressured or impulsive behavior a few times the last few days. One led to saying something very unprofessional to a group of colleagues, and two times led to snapping at my wife. Not sure what's different. I don't think I have any mood issues right now. I have been getting a lot less exercise, though. I've been meditating almost every day, though.
That’s really good to acknowledge that you’ve been doing these behaviors and asking where they are coming from. It’s good you are taking care of yourself. I say (this is just what I’d do) keep a tab on what thoughts stream in and out and try to find a trigger or something that may be causing the behavior). What do you think so far that may be the reason if you do have an idea?
We haven't been running the air conditioner -- could I just be uncomfortable? Also, I had a chance to interview for a job that would be better in a few different (important) ways than what I have now, and I was conflicted about it. I wonder if that uncertainty was making me irritable?
Wow I love your pic so much. It’s like I’m there. You know your “breathe in love breathe out love” is the EXACT mantra I really desperately needed today. I’ve been feeling so ugly just a despicable person and I just before reading this decided ok I’m done being angry with this person now how to I help myself practice tolerating him how do I change? Well your mantra is one thing I think will help me if I recall it and listen to it. Thank you my psychic friend
Oh cool 😎 that you got some hints of photography from me. For me I make the camera position how I want it to look like I kind of change the first glance into something abstract usually at least that’s how I view it. I almost just shared a few photos artsy ones of me and my son but that’s not a good idea so .... too bad... I’ve said some intense stuff on here and would never want to put my family in a bad position by chance. Oh well.
