ATRIAL FIBRILATION
I was diagnosed with AF in 12/2011 and was put on Warfarin and a beta blocker immediately. Things progressed with just intermittent AF sessions until 1/2013 when a doctor prescribed Cefdinir, an antibiotic, because I had the flu (and emphysema) and she was afraid I'd go into pneumonia. No pneumonia

Nausea with ibs
I wrote some months ago about the need to vomit when I had an attack of Ibs...well I waited for months to see the doctor of my choice who recommended I had a nuclear test which involved eating a small amount of radio active potato then lying on a bed for 90 mins whilst they monitored its progress through

Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation on Eliquis
Background: Some where around 20 years ago I was told that I had benign PVC's and was given Metoprolol 25mg twice a day. Eight years ago I had a coronary angiogram done and everything looked good and was told I had good heart function. Recently I started having lightheartedness, low energy and something

Fed up!
I'm 20, I've had Endo for 5 years but only got it diagnosed when I had a Laparoscopy done this October. I've had a constant battle with doctors to get help. To start off with they were adamant that my symptoms were Gastro not Gynae related no matter how much I told them otherwise. They dictated to me

I have been on Eliquis for five months.
I am 71 and have been taking Eliquis since June of this year (five months). The only side effect I have is the $150 a month I have to pay when I am in the coverage gap.

I, would like to read from people that are taking Eliquis about indications , age ,side effects. When I was on baby aspirin my hematocrit became low and reversed when I stopped the aspirin.

Amioadrone and weight gain
Hi, I had an abalation on October 19th and a week later a conversion. My dr put me on amioadrone and eliquis. I have hyperthyroidism and take synthroid but I am now gaining weight. The dr said I would only be on amioadrone for 6 weeks and don't read about the side effects so, of course, the first thing

Bone Pain?
Hi, over the past few weeks I've had three occasions of pain different than I've ever experienced. Two times it occurred after I put pressure on an area (base of my left palm pressing against grocery cart handle & the metatarsal area on my left foot after pressing it against the floor). The third time

How I heal my IBS
Hello.. I am Jenish from United States. I have been suffering from this discomfort and irritating pain in the left abdomen since April 2013. I was in Belfast, UK at that time, studying PhD there. It took about 6-7 months for the NHS (UK health service) to figure out that I was suffering from IBS.

Colofac or Buscopan ?
Which do you find helps with your IBS cramps & pains the best, I am not sure either helps me, I think peppermint oil sometimes takes the edge of it a bit.
