Leftover laxatives, peppermint oil capsules and compression stockings
Can anyone with up and coming surgery make use of remaining unopened laxative sachets (I think there are 14 left), an almost full bottle of H&B Peppermint oil capsules, and three pairs of minimally worn and clean compression stockings in size small? My surgery was 10 weeks ago so the capsules are very

Peppermint oils
I suffer from IBS-C for a few years now. I was told to take peppermint oil to help manage my symptoms and improve digestion along with gut health. Initially, I was taking peppermint oil but then I stopped and funny enough, I forgot what brand I was taking. I bought another one a few weeks ago in Holland

what is ibs?
Hi! new here and didn’t actually know this forum was about until I started googling on the nhs site. So my question is what is ibs? I want to explain what I’m experiencing and if someone can tell me if it’s completely normal for ibs to be like this I would be really grateful. This time last year

Discomfort
Hi all. I'm getting discomfort in my upper abdomen. It's not pain exactly but it's uncomfortable. It's like IBS, which I suffer with, but can't take peppermint oil anymore. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal? It's not bloated like I had when I was diagnosed with cirrhosis. Apart from this

Journey to recovery
Hi everyone, I’m in my second month of recovery from IBS. Try Peppermint oil capsules (not the sweets) 30 minutes to 1 hour before your meal; 15 minutes it’s quite ok. The Holland & Barrets is highly recommended . I also take 2 glasses of water every morning before breakfast. Your mental health also

Tuff Nutt is back with lots of questions!
In late November, 2023, I made two trips to ER for low BP and extreme chest pain in the same week. While in the hospital the second visit, my pre ER sore throat symptoms developed into something called HPIV-3. My first evening after being discharged, I developed uncontrollable coughing. This continued

Reducing or eliminating IBS symptoms
I thought I should share this, if your IBS symptoms is frequent stooling (not diarrhoea) you can try peppermint oil capsules say 30 mins to 1 hour before a meal (once a day) combined with deliberate reduction in stress and relaxation from worry; I believe it will work, at least 90% reduction. The best

Had Ablation in '23 lately suffering from frequent PAC's.
Was wondering if any of you fine folks are having or have had bouts of frequent PAC's and what you are doing or what your doctor prescribed to get rid of them. I'm still in sinus rhythm according to my EKG but experiencing PAC's daily. I am currently on no antiarrhythmics and on Metoprolol for rate

Trimix and Eliquis
I live in Northern Cali. I've been using Trimix injectable, successfully, for about 2 years. I've been using Eliquis, for atrial flutter, with the trimix, for about 18 months, with no problems. My urologist refuses to renew the trimix because I'm on a blood thinner. Has anyone had this situation and

Someone had a question about Apixaban?
I had trouble logging in, anyway... I get my Apixaban (generic for Eliquis) from Canada Pharmacy Online at less cost than Eliquis. It has to come through U>S> customs, so takes 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. I take 5 mg twice daily and it works very well for me. As of this writing it is NOT available

"When to Hold, When to Fold"...or "a Bird in the Hand..."
Since first experiencing Afib 4 years ago, I have been advised off and on to consider ablation. Many people seem to think that ablation cured or reduced their Afib, while others have reported disappointing ineffectiveness and complications. It is difficult to pin down statistical assessments because

Hi?? best AFib BP med?
I have AFib & cll. I'm on 5mg Eliquis 2x/day, 100mg metropolol daily and ibrutinib 140mg 1x/day for cll. Counts are good but I continue to wonder which BP med is best in relation to my continuing AFib? I seem to get fatigued if I slightly over do activities. I've been reading and metoprolol seems
