Laparoscopy recovery times and tips
Could you please share your experience on: - recovery times if you had similar procedures - tips with coping with swelling and pain (apart from using pain killers which I am currently taking - I am on
paracetamol
as codeine is making me sick) - tips on getting back to normal ASAP - how soon you resumed

Help!!! Please. Trying to work out when to take split dose along with food and other tablets.
When I try and work out when I can take calcium, protein, iron,
paracetamol
and more, along with foods containing these things I'm totally bamboozled. I can't take before bed after a 4hr fast as I can't sleep if I'm hungry. Also I need to take
paracetamol
for fibro before sleep.

Reducing cocodomol
Well next week I start reducing cocodomol and transferring to
paracetamol
to see how the pain is with or without. If I do get off co cod then I am mainly on MTX and vitamins and minerals. GP aware he knows I want see how the MTX is doing stand alone so we can work out what I need, if I do.

Reacting to the Virus
I am just the messenger but it is worth heeding. This! I know we’re all tired of hearing/talking about it, but one thing I HAVEN’T really seen going around is advice for what happens if you DO get coronavirus (many of us will), we're only seeing advice for how to try to AVOID it. So as your friendly

Dr making me want to yank my hair out! Told me hypermobility doesn't cause pain and won't help me!!!
So, no pain relief for 3 years, can't have
paracetamol
as it makes me sick, long term naproxen use gave me a dodgy left kidney and anaphylactic shock (same Dr, left me on them for 6 years without regular kidney checks... Cheers Doc!) so they're out of the question. What can I do?
