A newbie just hoping for some pain relief advice.
Hi, I am brand new to this. I haven’t had confirmation of endometriosis and my appointment with a specialist has been cancelled due to recent circumstances. However I have done all my research and I will be extremely shocked if it isn’t. My GP seems pretty convinced too. I have tried ibuprofen, paracetamol

Reply one: You're right, that is the point. I don't give a toss. But each year I am invited to the "Cardiac Desease Clinic" for my annual check. I know many people who have never had, "Heart Disease" who in a far worse sate of health than me. Reply two. You ask what it stops me from doing. The simple

I have spinal stenosis and today am in a lot of nerve pain. Tried a lot of different medications haven’t yet found one that really

Rib Pain
Can a PMR flare cause disabling rib pain? The pain goes all the way round with a strange rippling sort of pain at the front. I am waiting for a doctor to phone me back and would like to put this to him, but they are not always very knowledgeable about PMR. Getting out of bed is the worst, but I can

Any one still having chest pains?
My husband had heart failure on 6th November, I gave CPR until the paramedics arrived and they took over and shocked his heart twice. He’s made a great recovery but then was back in hospital 13th-23rd Dec with blood clots in lungs, was treated and meds altered for this. My worry now is that is suffering

How I overcame IBS-D
Dear all, I periodically post this advice to help new-comers to the subject. I consider myself a recovered IBS-sufferer and so like to share what I learned. I hope that you are keeping sane during the lockdown! This is my general approach to help people understand and repair their gastro-intestinal

Abdominal Pains and all
Hi all, I hope you are staying safe and well. I'm just writing to see if anyone has been in a similar situation to me, I'm really feeling unwell and not sure what to do. To give you the short story I was diagnosed with 3 issues last year, fibroids, endometriosis IV and chocolate cysts on both ovaries

Cost of paracetamol
This morning whilst collecting my husband's prescription I needed to buy paracetemol for him too. The cost for 30tablets was £3. I compared this to my previous purchase which was 75p for 32tablets. So now they are costing over four times more. How can this be justified and who is raking this in? They
