I had an HA 7 weeks ago . 2 stents fitted. I now have a sore muscle in my right lower arm. Paracetemol does not help.

If that's where they put the stents in from, then it' s normal and should ease. After my first angiogram and stents my right tower arm was black from wrist to elbow and hurt like crazy. Second time I didn't even have a mark.

Like the other reply's it seems to be dependent on how narrow arteries are and how hard the placement of the stents is. I too had horrible pains and bruising and the procedure was very painful. Some people sail through it and after with no problems but others not so lucky.
