Hi can I take half does 250mg of paracetamol every 2 hours

That would be against the advice that comes with the tablets as it is recommended to have 4 hours between doses.

The pack says to take 2 tablets every 4-6 hours and no more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. Whether you could take 1 tablet every 2 hours is beyond the scope of anyone here to answer, none of us are medically qualified and we cannot give medical advice. You would be better directing your question to a pharmacist or doctor.

Are you struggling to stay on top of pain, Resonator? It’s worth knowing that you can alternate ibuprofen with paracetamol (but of course, not everyone can take ibuprofen).
