Does paracetamol aggravate the stomach/digestive system/gut for those with IBS-c?
I know you're not supposed to take ibuprofen if you have stomach problems.

Chronic pain: Antidepressants not painkillers recommended
Doctors are being advised not to prescribe common painkillers, including paracetamol and ibuprofen, for patients with chronic pain not caused by an injury or other medical condition. The National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE) said there was little evidence they help. https://www.bbc.com

What would you say....?
So read today that painkillers 'may' do more harm than good in treating chronic pain. And there's no evidence to suggest they actually help...? 🤔 I dont know about everyone else but I hate taking pills and would much rather a stand alone holistic approach. Fact is I cant afford the treatment i need

Bad feeling.....
Hi all, I had my 2 day embryo transfer on Wednesday. I was so incredibly nervous at the procedure but it went well. They put back my one embryo (a grade 4.3). That afternoon and the next day I had very bad pain, as if I've pulled muscles so had to take paracetamol. Since then I've just had bloating and

Wierd/altered mental state during migraine attack
Hi, I've just had a killer of a migraine. Whilst I'm used to all sorts of strange stuff going on, this was really quite scary. I was super emotional, kept crying, and then got quite paranoid, convinced my husband was trying to poison me, to the point that I wouldn't drink anything he brought me! I

Is this a flare?
Had PMR for 4 years and been up and down with pred , responding to return of symptoms . I have been on 5 mg of pred for almost 6 months and felt pretty good. This time not the usual, usually starts in neck , shoulders and hands. Now have deep ache in legs from hips down to my ankles. Not really had this

Dear All Wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the love and support you showed me over the last few days . Hubby had a pain management review with GP and was prescribed codeine phosphate with paracetamol. I wasn’t convinced with this due to bad reviews of codeine so decided to stick
