bit unusual, but here we go. i have a great affinity with cuba, having married one, bought a house there, although i live in the uk, and try and get there twice a year. due to the ongoing shortages of day to day medicines, paracetamol etc, i always take a case full of any over the counter medicines

Hi my name is Jane I am new to this site. I've had whole body aches for 20 years I am now 65. I have seen my GP on countless occasions regarding this but to date nothing has been done. I had a disectomy 2014 due to severe sciatica, and an operation for a prolapse bowel. I have arthritis in my thumb

Sleep trouble from new "pain"
For the last 3 weeks or so, a few days a week, when I get in bed the left side of my body from my waist down is weird. Something's wrong that's hard to explain. It's right on the outside edge of my hip, leg, and foot. I've been putting heat on my leg during the night, but this lasts hours and ruins my

I'm struggling with pain from previous injuries (torn rotator cuff, lumbar back, sciatica)and PTSD diagnosed in 2020.My Hepatologist has said that I can take 2G of paracetamol in 24hrs. This does not sort the pain. I take 2 Cocodamol (8/500) at night (not every night) only as my fatigue during the day

I started seeing a pain management doctor about 4 years ago for severe lower back pain. One of the first things she did was put me on 5 mg Hydrocodone four times a day and gave me a steroid injection. Potentially Heading Flarewards
Long post warning!!! After 4 years since diagnosis I thought I was starting to work towards the home straight. I have had 3 relatively PMR pain-free years with my issues being more anxiety or âother stuffâ related. My tapering has been slowed down considerably by a couple of GCA concerns which thankfully

Is this a flare?
Good morning, Iâm 68 and diagnosed with PMR last October, 2023. I started at 20mg. No problem with tapering until February 29, 2 weeks after I started 7.5 mg. My neck (turning both ways and especially looking down) started getting sore and stiff on both sides. Tried acetaminophen and physical therapy
