Pain increasing despite Zoladex jabs
I've been on Zoladex jabs now to stop my cycle for over a year while I wait for surgery, my pain is steadily increasing despite me not having a period. I always get pain the week I would normally be having my period and have the entire time I've been on the jabs but now it's getting unbearable again

Tested positive for covid at 28 weeks
Hi group, I have just tested positive for covid at 28 weeks and of course I am worried about the baby. Can anyone please let me know if they have had a similar experience and if they have received any good doctor’s advice on management beyond paracetamol? Thanks in advance!

Pain post laparoscopy
I had a laparoscopy last night and my doctors have only prescribed me paracetamol for the pain. Its been really bad under my ribs and shoulder all night. Is there anything else they can give me? They removed a small amount of adhesions and my left ovary was stuck to the lining. This has been unstuck

RLS Meds & Post-Surgical complications
I had a knee replacement a year ago. It went well, except my doctor took me off my Tramadol, 100 mg/3 per day, while keeping me on my 100 mg, 3x/day Pregabalin—it works well together. Instead he had me on 5 mg of Oxycodone every 4 hours. He thought the Oxycodone would an effective substitute for the

Flare ups, COVID & medication changes
Mostly just a rant for me to get stuff off my chest - feel free to skip haha. A few weeks ago, I came down with COVID, for the second time this year. This time round was worse I found, I was out of breath and exhausted for longer, stopped all my hobbies, and completely lost my appetite. It's been a few

NSAIDS anyone ?
When I was diagnosed with RA in 1989 , along with other medication , I was given diclofenac as a NSAID . This was later changed to Meloxicam by my rheumatologist . Which I took daily until this year . Fast forward to May 2021 and I tripped on a step in the house and fell heavily onto my left hip

Ignorance
Slight rant but more despair at the ignorance of ones, and lack of desire for them to educate themselves before making assertive statements about treatment. Let me briefly explain, on Saturday I went to a family gathering, long time since everyone together. Included my sister and family from Australia

Fractured wrist
Good morning everyone. I need advice please. My partner managed to fall yesterday (fell off a high kerb while looking to avoid traffic) He’s fractured his left wrist and is now in plaster in a sling but been told he may likely need an operation to pin and plate it. He’s in a great deal of pain, understandably

SOB relief
Hi, I'm new to this site, in my mid-60's with bronchiectasis and an FEV1 of around 40%. I'm just wondering if anyone has experience of being given something like a mild version of oramorph to relieve the discomfort of ongoing dyspnea, or at what stage that becomes possible ? At the moment I have to use
