My panic attacks
Suddenly out of no were, some of strange feelings comes over my chest cant breath cant stop shaking cant stop the dizziness. How scary is this feeling when you feel that you are loosing your mind or when your brain is separating of the reality. Facing that is really hard.

Importance of learning acceptance
Wanted to talk about the power of memory and how acceptance counteracts it. To make a long story short, my story is kind of unique I dealt with panic disorder 7 years ago, developed it and miraculously recovered all in 9 months, which I know isn’t common. I still don’t know how I was able to do it so

Watching scary stuff and effects my anxious mind
I figured out while going through anxiety and impending doom feelings like if I'm watching something that is scary or it doesn't got to necessarily be scary it can be something that doesn't agree with my anxious mind and it puts me in a bad mood depressed mood and fearful mood has anyone dealt with this

Quote- Panic Disorder /sensitization
Saw this on Instagram, and it really hit me, this year is almost over which shows how fast life passes us by. Time doesn’t care wether or not we’re dealing with an anxiety disorder. You’re only 20,25,16,40 etc once we can’t get these years back. Refuse to spend another year wallowing and wishing you

Scared of Ativan
I’ve been on 50mg Zoloft for 21days now and I take 0.5mg Ativan for my anxiety. Until the Zoloft kicks in, my psychiatrist told me to take the Ativan as needed. I NEED TO TAKE IT EVERYDAY! This scares me because I don’t want to become addicted to it. Please share with me your Ativan experiences. Thanks

Exhausted
I was doing pretty well there for a few weeks after I started the Buspar, but I’ve been having some moments. I get so tired of randomly panicking. I don’t even know what sets it off sometimes. Tonight my anxiety is really acting up. Not really sure what sparked it. I just feel like something is wrong

I'm just mad
Last night I finally decided to be completely honest with my boyfriend about how he makes me feel like he doesn't care about my mental health and I poured my heart out to him and sent him short articles he could read if he wanted to, to better understand what I am going through. He fell asleep after

All of my days are blurring together and my memory is shot..
Yeah.. anxiety thing? I feel like I'm floating through my days (or nights rather, because I usually sleep all day) in a cloud of fear and anxiety. My body even feels warm and numb. Idk how to "snap out" of this. I think moving triggered it, and then my grandpa who is pretty much my last remaining relative

Scared and suffering
Hello, I recently had some health issues that triggered a few panic attacks. Since the panic attacks, I haven’t been able to feel normal. My brain feels stuck, like I’m going through all the motions of my everyday life but nothing seems real. That may sound confusing but I do not know of any other way

IBS basics for beginners
Dear all, I have recently been suffering from excess burping and stomach pains for which I became dependent on Nexium for a couple of weeks. I have recently found that this is due mainly to changing from almond milk to lactose free milk, and also because I have been drinking a lot of decaff tea and

Breast ultrasound - depressed
Are three ultrasounds enough to rule out anything sinister? I’ve had this lump in my left breast since (I found it) in March or April. Since then I’ve had about three ultrasounds of it- my most recent being about a month ago. In the midst of a panic attack 😞 initially it was thought to be a Fibroadenoma

Tips for using klonopin when needed
As I've mentioned before, I'm on 20mg of lexapro and 150mg (I think) of Wellbutrin. I was also prescribed klonopin to take if I feel a panic attack coming on. I am planning on bringing it with me everywhere I go (just in case) but I have taken it before and it makes me very drowsy to the point where
