Saw this on Instagram, and it really hit me, this year is almost over which shows how fast life passes us by. Time doesn’t care wether or not we’re dealing with an anxiety disorder. You’re only 20,25,16,40 etc once we can’t get these years back. Refuse to spend another year wallowing and wishing you could’ve did that or wishing you could’ve traveled there. Yes. He is good I watch him too. I remember when days seemed to be so long. Now my children are grown they seem to fly by. The opposite of what I expected. It seems time is whizzing by

A song just came on the radio I realized was 32 years old. I watched my oldest sing it in her car seat. Now she’s pregnant with her second.
