Adenomyosis, should I have hysterectomy?
By comparison the hysterectomy has the risks of general anaesthesia, and the
pain
and need for time off during the recovery period. There are risks of complications both during the operation and of things like prolapse later down the line that worry me.

PMR Tapering
I got down to 3mgs and the
pain
in my neck, upper legs came back. I also have
pain
in my spine and not sure if this is related. I have been told to go back up to 4mgs for a month and then to start reducing again.

Symptoms that continue to bother me: Headaches & headpains Sore mouth, tongue swollen Poor balance Back

I thought these could be indicative of B12 deficiency, however

angina pain
However, I have continued to experience chest
pain
on multiple occasions, leading me to visit the A&E. The healthcare professionals suspect that I may be dealing with angina
pain
. As a result, they prescribed additional medication and referred me to a cardiologist.

Still struggling...how can it be getting worse?
I don't think much of it is mental, but now that I have the dx, it does feel like I don't have to hide my
pain
(the
pain
that I'd been feeling from even before the diagnosis by the way) or my misery. I really am in
pain
. Tylenol did nothing. I refuse to take anything stronger.

I’m 6+3 weeks pregnant from a frozen embryo transfer, had my first scan one week ago, we could see gestational sac and yolk sac, I had bad nausea the whole week, today it seems slowly going better but I fill some lower abdominal
pain
(not much and not going stronger…) is this normal?

Pentoxyfiline
hi I’ve been prescribed Trental 400 mg ( pentoxyfiline) for firearm
pain
and hand
pain
associated with Raynauds. The team who prescribed it have discharged me to local rheumatologist who doesn’t want to continue prescribing as it’s a black list drug.

Dose timing for non-pain symptoms?
I have been on 5mg pred for about five months and my symptoms are fatigue, some head spinning/ balance issues and mood swings, but no
pain
. I normally take the pred at 7.00 AM Would my symptoms also improve if I took my pred at 2-3 AM?
