I have been dealing with Lupus for 11 years and it has been a day by day experience for me I have a lot of pain and anxiety but I am taking turmeric 3 times a day to get rid of the inflammation but I am still feeling better with a lot of pain but not as bad . My back hurts so bad and I found out I have bulging in my spine it sucks. Sjogrens is worry some

Are you under a rheumatologist for your SLE? I think that if you don’t, you ought to speak to a specialist who will help you control lupus and your pain. Who prescribed turmeric?

I also think you need to see a specialist on spines. Was the diagnosis given by a specialist because the pain you may be experiencing is because the disc is herniated ie pressing on a nerve: that needs treatment. It won’t go away. I have had spinal operations so if you need someone to talk, I am here.
