I have endometriosis and fibromyalga. My endometriosis is spread around and inside my fallopian tubes along side my bowel area. I have had an operation and waiting for another to remove more cysts and abdominal fluids which is very painful. for fibromyalga I am taken duloxetine and Gabapentin everyday to help manage my pain. I am in pain everyday with no good days. Any advice that can help with my conditions would be appreciated x

Hello I have endometriosis and adenomyosis alongside fibromyalgia like yourself and CFS. I am on nortryptaline for the nerve pain for my fibro as well as naproxen and when things get really bad for me I take tramadol. I also like a hot water bottle or a gel USB bottle and a tens machine. Apart from that I’m not sure what else’s to try apart from CBD oil x
