This is day 5 of my circumcision. I am having a burning sensation of my urethra and when I put my penis in my pant, i get a sharp pain pain because of bending. I have also lost sensation on a part of the foreskin close to the frenulum. Under this foreskin is hard bump releasing exudate. Any tips, help?

Burning feeling of urethra and loss of sensation on glans near frenulum after circumcision
Just to help us understand what you're going through: did you have your frenulum removed as part of your circumcision? And when you talk about a burning sensation, is that all along the inside tube of your penis or the meatus (the slit at the head)?
You still refer your foreskin too...so did you have a full or partial circumcision?
You can be certain that 5 days is early in the healing process and swelling/bruising take a while to subside - at different stages for each man.
Frenulum was not removed because I had partial circumcision. The burning sensation is in along the tube, while the meatus is a bit swollen. As a side note for others who might be reading, I ma giving the penis a deep bath in lukewarm camomile tea. Seems to be working well and other parts have already started drying.
Not heard of the herbal tea option, only salt baths. I remember two things from my first consult: salt baths and vaseline! But if your surgeon/doctor has said ok to that...then all good. Salt promotes healing even though it stings. As you will have read in replies here, if you have concerns and things don't improve, you need to see your doctor/surgeon again. Swelling/bruising is usual within thr first couple of weeks...that's what may be going on. Presume you can pee with no trouble?
