Edit: Added the elevation profile from said marathon. Its making my knee twinge just looking at it.
Back in the olden days (2022), I ran the Giant's Head Marathon, and my knee hasn't spoken to me since. It was a brutal course with around 1000m elevation gain that took you across an array

b12 loading dose pain
hi, I’ve on my 5th loading dose of b12, and I have really bad nerve
pain
in my hands and feet, I’m really struggling with the
pain
, I’m on 3
pain
killers and now sleeping tablets. The
pain
seems to have got worse since starting the loading doses, had anyone else had this?

Respiratory Therapy Student
Hi All, I have been a member of the forum for 8ish years. I have bronchiectasis and had a LLL (left lower lobe) resection in 2019. I am 48 years old. The past 3 years I have been studying to become a Respiratory Therapist (RT). In the US, RTs work in hospitals managing critical care patients on ventilators

Mirtazapine back pain and bladder
Week later I had uti symptoms and major lower and upper back
pain
. This has been going on for about a month. None of my urine test have been negative for a uti. But yet I went through 3 courses of antibiotics. I have read some similar experiences but I want to know will it get better in time.

Anticoagulants
I tried Rivaroxaban and got too much bloating stomach and lower abdo
pain
. Even after stopping it the
pain
took a long time to settle. The cardiac nurse didn't think it was the AC causing it as the symptoms didn't subside straight away but she agreed to let me try Edoxaban.

osteoporosis pain.
Hi guys. I’ve had seven spinal fractures from my waist up. The T12 being the worse and most severe. I just wondered if anyone has the same and can they do much? I went shopping a couple of days ago for Christmas cards. I thought I’ll get them all because I don’t want to keep going out. After about five

Tramadol
I’ve been to
Pain
Management today and reported back that that Facet Injections didn’t work, again. (The third time). The consultant has now said to try Tramadol as my walking is severely limited with excessive
pain
. Any advice on use of Tramadol would be welcome.

lower right abdominal pain
I was prescribed some medicine and probiotics and it is a bit better but I still have some flare-ups from time to time, blood in my stool exists if it is a hard stool and the
pain
to the lower right side is still there although less.
