Nausea wristbands?
Hi! Has anyone tried and had any luck with using those travel pressure points wristbands normally used for travel sickness? I often feel nauseous, usually for the first few hours of the day and have tried ginger, painkillers, sleep and eating with no luck! Thanks in advance

Any advice for pain for a broken shoulder
I will try not to offend anyone haha. Could anyone give me some advice for my husband? 3 weeks ago he had a nasty fall playing walking football he is 73 years old and very fit. He broke his shoulder, bruised his ribs and his arm turned black and blue. Since then he has been to orthopedics to check

40mg melatonin 1 night
Dad accidentally took 40mg of melatonin last night (4 pills, 10mg each). He thought they were pain killers. Ugh. He already has insomnia, severe sleep apnea, neck and back pain + nerve pain. Is 40mg of melatonin in one night life threatening????? Should I be concerned? He's moving. But complaining

Monocular Vision Pain
Good evening, I lost sight in my right eye from a freak accident in January. I'm having constant eye pain in the good eye, I have seen many consultants that have examined the eye and unable to identify anything that could be causing the pain. I use eye drops daily, eye gel and many pain killers

I have suffered from RLS for several years and various doctors have prescribed all the general medicines starting with antidepressants (amitriptyline, mirtazapine, imipramine, and citralopram), dopramine

how to improve appetite/consume more calories. Pls help!
My heart is broken. My dad’s cancer had progressed, he has started chemo but overall is very unwell. He’s lost almost 30 pounds in the last few months and is having a lot of pain. We have to help him with getting out of the bed and at times putting on his shoes and clothes. All the pain medicine he used

Had to see a private rheumie earlier this year for PMR diagnosis as nhs rheumie and GP were trying to say I had fibromyalgia. Was told to start on 10mgs of pred for one week and if that didn’t help was to increase to 15mgs and start on usual nhs method of tapering. I did have to go to the 15 mgs and

I’m recovering from gallbladder surgery, the op was a breeze and no more pain, I’ve stopped with the painkillers as they just made me dizzy , my bowels have been a bit all over but seem to be settling down and hope it was just down to anesthetic. Sorry I haven't reply to any yet, but I had an emotional few days.I've just been back to the doctors, (different, more senior gp this time) for some
pain
management
advice. I told him all areas that hurt and he said "Ooh, rheumatology will be very excited to see you" Erm, Good? 🤣 .
