Advice on incontinent overnight products? Also, TURP experience?
Hey, Can anyone recommend a preferred overnight product (preferably not the full ‘diaper’ depends type…so hot) for my husband? He’s tried several of the pads and is having leaking problems. He’s stage 4 several Mets and has had urinary problems since diagnosis in March. May be a TURP in his near future

Difficulty urinating
My hubby has been in and out of the ER many times since January of this year and prior to getting the most realization and and hormone meds. The reason for the ER visits is he was not able to urinate on his own. Initially he was clotting up and assumed the clots were preventing him passing the urine

Dream Week and indecipherable (to me) pathology report
I spent the most wonderful week that I have experienced in years at the beach with my family. Daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter, son, girlfriend, and wife together for a solid week. My expectations were high, and they were exceeded. It was special for so many reasons. We all live in the same city,

Tylex Intro
Just realized I never completed my profile so here is what brought me here. After waiting 8 weeks for a MRI Fusion biopsy the results showed mostly Gleason 9 (4+5) and one Gleason 9 (5+4). Bone Scan was negative and CT showed a suspect pelvic node when reviewed by Memorial Sloan Kettering radiologists

Should I get PSMA/PET + Nano-MRI if my nodal met risk is 7.4% according to Briganti nomogram?
M59, Gleason4+3, T2C, PSA7.8 According to the Briganti nomogram I have 7.4% risk for nodal metastases. Nano-MRI can detect mets down to 2 mm in lymph nodes. Current CT scans and MRIs don't show any mets outside prostate, but they are not as good as PSMA/PET+Nano-MRI combo. Question is, is it worth

Can someone explain how a stimulant will work on top of movicol?
My daughter is 3.5 and been withholding since she was a baby. We got her to a point where she was pooing every day without soiling but we are back to soiling again but still doing normal poos every day. I don't think shes blocked up as I can see sweetcorn/kidney beans in her poo the day after eating

Westminster researchers use data science approach to assess whether cancer patients will suffer side effects from radiotherapy
A new study led by the University of Westminster has used predictive AI modelling techniques to anticipate whether cancer patients are likely to develop severe side effects if treated with radiotherapy to help potentially avoid treatment interruption and cancer recurrence. What is consensus on fenbendazole and metformin in terms of treating prostate cancer as of 2021?
Gleason 4+3, PSA 7.8, T2C M59 (my father). Looking for different ways to treat his prostate cancer including non-orthodox like Fenbendazole and metformin. What evidence we have as of 2021 to efficacy of these treatments? Even if anecdotal?
