Acidophilus
Please advise when to take Acidophilus as it says on the bottle to take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, but I take my thyroid meds then. Thank you for any advise on this.

17 years with metastatic prostate cancer – hope disappearing down the Lu
No long story this time round. I’m going to cut straight to the chase. The Lu-177 treatment has stopped working. My PSA has been on a steady increase for the last three months (see the chart). My last PSMA scan showed the large mets in my spine have stabilised, but not improved. Smaller mets in my spine

Part 2: Some observations about my hospital stay - not in any particular order
The leaflet given out about surgery is hideously stereotypical. e.g. "Avoid lifting anything heavy (including children and shopping)" - really? Is that ALL a woman might be lifting? What about my beloved bass guitar? "Continue with gentle activities such as making drinks, light dusting and washing up

What vaginal pain did you have with rectovaginal endometriosis?
It hurts after I wee and it's not a water infection and also feels swollen on labia. I'm a bit worried as it's going to be a long time before I have a operation as I need to sort another health problem out. Can I have any injections from gynae to help with it for now

Biofeedback?

Wetting at school

Overactive bladder treatment
Since radiation and chemo treatment I have an

. My oncologist put me on oxybutynin about a year ago, but this had little impact and a few negative side effects for me. I go back to my oncologist on Friday, so am willing to try again. Any suggestions.

Cabizataxel/carbo not working
Well Mike started his 5th cycle today and his PSA has risen the last 2 blood draws. His ALP and LDH has also risen. Is there anything left? I’m pursuing LU-177 but it’s not easy to figure out logistics when you still have 2 young kids at home. Feeling deflated 😕

TENS machine for pain relief
Hi All! I have tried using a TENS machine as I have been told they are good for relieving pain. When I used it it didn't feel right! Even on a low setting I was getting popping feelings in my pelvis and felt like my organs were moving! Is this normal? Thanks in advance!

Fluoxetine and Pain
Has anyone experienced less chronic pain on Fluoxetine? My Md thought it could maybe help with my pain although I’m being treated for anxiety.

Drinking
So my 5 year daughter is on oxybutynin and is meant to drink 1.4litres a day. I can barely get her to drink anything during the school day and absolutely struggle to get it into her in an evening! Does anyone have any suggestions how they get their children to drink that amount consistently? Have tried

Radiation Cystitis
Now experiencing this 5 years post salvage radiation with varying amounts of haemorrhage, at times profuse. Definitely aggravated by placement of a Foley catheter a few months ago after ballooning of a urethral stenosis. Interested in anyone's experience with this as the severity is likely to increase
