I have had thrush and cystitis on and off for couple of years blood tests come back normal and get given antibiotics which works but then comes back

Have you actually seen a specialist? Definitely sure it's thrush? In my case it turns out my recurrent "thrush" turned out to be something very different - a skin condition called lichen sclerosis.
