THIS IS NOT A TREATMENT THAT PMR/GCAUk RECOMMENDS. Yellowbluebell, moderator
I was diagnosed with PMR last Jan. 2019. I did not take any steroids but I did take Chinese herbal supplements, changed my diet to more vegetarian and used yoga and Tai Chi as my ways of stretching my body. I took the supplements for 7 months and Mobic once a day. My C- reactive protein and Sed rate began to go down within the first month of taking them. If anyone is interested in further info, please contact me.
