Thanks for posting this while I was .....ummmm... away...

I have posted my response to your post above this as the real meaning of this should not be lost on anyone... Immune system stimulation will be crucial to eradicate cancer... This technology--CRISPR edited T cells can be combined with what is going on with CAR-T cell development--I think they are on 5th generation of CAR-T development--can a PSMA ligand be added to these CRISPR edited / engineered cells to provide an increase to the attack--They are doing PSMA ligands added to Radiopharmaceuticals and CAR-T...

Could a vaccine be given post infusion as was done in one trial several months ago resulting in a 60% cure rate of a cancer...

The Science is Coming !!! and it gives us....HOPE !!! and it blows me away...

K9 Caped Crusader,

The ability to remove the T cell receptor and put in a T cell synthetic receptor is huge...Will this make cancer therapy more specific resulting in a more directed attack?? I do believe that is the take home message on the TCR knockout....
