Endo and bladder issues

Was diagnosed through laparoscopy in October 2019. Pain and symptoms have been the same since. I had one endo patch excised and one ablated. It was done at a specialist endo Centre by a specialist surgeon in the North West. They didn’t give me a follow up appointment or even see me after. Just sent me home with info on discharge notes. Over the last few months I have been waking up 6-7 times each night with a full bladder and have to urgently go to the toilet. Now I am on my period (I use tampons) I have found that I have even been wetting myself a little bit. It happened a few nights ago and also whilst I was in work yesterday. I don’t feel it when it happens. Ive been to the doctors twice and they have been convinced it’s a water infection, even though my urine tests keep showing up as clear. So I’m going to get a referral back to see the gynaecologist. Anyone else having or had similar issues? Sending love to you all. X

I had similar symptoms - urgency, feeling full all the time, feeling I hadn’t completely emptied my bladder. My gynae referred me to a urologist and after a cystoscopy I was found to have Interstitial Cystitis which can be attributed to endometriosis. I had 6 weeks of bladder installations and up until now all those symptoms have gone. Worth an ask!? Xx

Now IC cure?. how to identify IC?. What type of treatment given to you?. IC came for virgin girls?. I have urine urgency during sleeping. So only asked this question. Thanks
