Does anyone have experienced vertigo or severe dizziness as a symptom of endometriosis? I had it once before and it almost lasted a week and feels like it’s starting again now.

I suffer so much with vertigo. It’s awful. I usually get medication from doctors longest mine has lasted was 10 days. Hope you feel better soon xxx
Hi yes I do. In my case I think its vestibular migraine. No pain but my migraine medication gets rid of it. I don't think it's directly related to my endometriosis but definitely something to do with hormone fluctuations. It's a relatively new thing for me and I'm not sure why but hope it goes away. Hope you find something that helps.
Thanks for all your responses. That’s reassuring as I already had millions of ideas like for example that the tissue started growing on my brain. 🙈 Any ideas how to regulate hormones naturally? Also I have a Covid vaccine booked up on Tuesday, I wonder if I should go ahead with it?Thanks
Yes, I had it for years varying in intensity, but it didn't go away when I had a hysterectomy. I suspect it is a candida infection as candida and endo can help each other along (check my past posts for an in depth explanation). I suffered for years with my GP refusing to accept that you can have a candida infection without visible signs. Then I discovered that you can get fluconozole over the counter at chemists and over the internet as long as you tell them it is for thrush.
Yes been struggling with it for years. It’s linked to Endo and my hormones. I haven’t found anything that helps yet. Hormone treatment makes it worse.
I started to have very severe vertigo attacks with vomiting and diarrhoea. I don't know that there is any connection to endometriosis at all, perhaps there is but it has never been suggested. I ended up getting diagnosed with Meniere's disease after a horrific time for 18 months.
I have Betahistine which helps a lot.
Good luck getting a diagnosis as there are lots of causes and it's really horrible. xx
I’ve had benign paroxysmal positional vertigo for over 6 years… and learnt about my endometriosis for about 1.5 years ago. It’s crazy, I never thought there could’ve been a correlation between the two till I read all of the comments and responses above!
My vertigo was particularly severe with 40-50 episodes a day and nausea at its worst points. I take Stugeron for my Vertigo along with carrying out frequent Epley manoeuvres which have greatly helped in making this manageable.
Any of you who experience vertigo/dizziness experienced head and forehead tingling as a result of it? I will go and see a neurologist as soon as I can as it doesn’t sound like it could be related to endo. I did feel some fullness and pressure to my ear but was in A&E on Saturday and they didn’t see any infection, just a fuller eardrum. And not sure inner ear problems could cause tingling of a head and forehead.
