Help for Tinnitus and Vertigo/Dizziness

First of all there is no "fix" for these conditions by doctors as there is nothing for them to fix. These noises and feeling are in your body and head and only you can hear or feel the symptoms. If you want help, get the book Rock Steady by Joey Remenyi or check out her website Seeking Balance International. This woman suffered from both vertigo and tinnitus and overcame both. She is a vestibular audiologist and neuroplasticity therapist. The idea behind what she does is teaching your body to basically rewire your bad neurons to good neurons. I found her a few year ago and just kind of brush it off as "yet another thing that sounds good but doesn't work". Well I was wrong. She teaches you to deal with the not quite right feelings (NQR) and how to put the tinnitus in the background. I found that if I was always focused on how I was feeling or what I was hearing that it made everything worse. So do yourself a favor, get her book and check out her website and get your life back.

Yes auntcricket there’s no pill that the docs can prescribe. But they can guide you towards cognitive behavioural therapy.Thanks for recommending this book. Personally, I find “tinnitus from tyrant to,friend” is a good guide. Whilst I can’t agree with what he says at the beginning about the causes of T - that certainly didn’t resonate - the rest of the book is very helpful. I will research your recommendation.

Yes a good book and very good You Tube stuff as well from the writer. Avoid all quack fixes non work Trust me been there .
