Hi, I'm newly diagnosed with "indeterminate colitis". Just been prescribed octasa 800 X 3 per day. Any thoughts on whether to take as 3 separate doses or all in one go would be welcome. Thank you.

Gastroentrology appointment
Hi Is it normal to get a gastroentrology appointment a few weeks after my colonoscopy procedure? I was told I had ulcerative colitis and had several biopsy’s taken now I am worried they have found something else. Any reassuring advice would be appreciated.

About 11 years ago I was diagnosed with Brugada Syndrome and had a de-fib fitted as well as prescibed Quinidine and Bisoloprol which I have taken ever since. 4 years ago my de-fib activated so my Consultant increased the levles of Quinidine. However I am told by my Consultant & Pharmacy that they cannot

Have been prescribed Prednisolone tablets, Octasa tablets and Ad-Cal. Shocked at how many I have to take every day, on top of the meds I already take.

Ureterolysis
Hi there, I had my first operative laparoscopy recently and have obtained a copy of my surgical notes. As well as adhesiolysis and excision of endometriosis (in various forms, e.g., helium plasma coagulation and left sidewall resection), I saw this: [i]Ureterolysis with freeing of ureter for retroperitoneal

Please have blood tests if taking medication - Pentasa.
My GP prescribed me Pentasa for my Ulcerative Colitis. I took this for approx 10 years. My GP never requested any blood tests in this time. This medication was slowly killing off my kidney function. In 2017 I was admitted to hospital with a 9% kidney function. I stopped Pentasa and my kidneys improved
