You should only take any supplements if your doctor tells you that you need them. Taking OTC remedies of any kind or vitamins if you arn't deficient can cause further liver problems.

there are no magical liver supplements, some OTC supplements can actually make your liver worse, example being green tea pills.

But liver doctors do use LoLa which is an amino acid supplement which aids protein and fat processing. Not available at most OTC chemist shops.

LoLa is also used by endurance athletes to increase stamina

As others have said, run any OTC, herbal remedy, supplement, vitamin , magical woo drink etc. past your doctor first. Even if others with cirrhosis take x it doesn't mean that its safe for YOU.

My liver drs suggested I take 800ie of Vitamin E only , daily. I am on a low carb diet, exercise, no cure for cirrhosis, but this has reversed my fatty liver & improved my fibrosis. Consult with a sound liver specialist in your area. Good Luck.

Thiamine and vitamin B compound Strong both available on Amazon at a reasonable price and help with fatigue. Also be very careful of vitamins that contain A, D,E and K as they are fat soluble and so could be harmful in the wrong quantities. X
