New(ish) diagnosis.... what helps?
Neurophysiotherapy (private due to a long NHS wait), and cranial
osteopathy
. Would like to hear other experiences. Speech is slowing and slurred, SaLT don't seem to be able to offer much except monitoring. We live in West Sussex, UK.

There’s no miracle cure, cranial
osteopathy
really helped initially and then just plenty of rest, self care and patience - not easy to implement when you’re a single working mother. I’ve had some dark times during the last 2 years, but I want to share that it gets better - so much better.

Muscle / breathing pain
Swimming and
osteopathy
help a lot. Also craniosacral therapy helps the nerves to heal the gaps/ synapse. They can always start up again with an infection but treatment produces some improvement. Worst problem was 3 yrs ago when I had a freak fall and broke 4 bones in the leg+ankle- Weber B.

Struggling post VM
I’m eating well and taking a good range of vits and mins to support my recovery and cranial
osteopathy
helped with the neck pain and migraines I was initially experiencing. I am now at a loss as to what else I can do.

Better sleep: 30 wakers & stoppers
Getting pains down (with
osteopathy
, acupressure, yoga) helped sleep a lot too. The Ache in the daytime is more of a problem and harder to keep down, but is strangely hardly a problem at night, only sometimes, when I overdo it, cold showering before going to bed helps me.

Debilitating lower back pain
I have had no benefit from facet joint injections, ablation, caudal epidural and stubborn attempts to help myself by
osteopathy
, aqua therapy, heat pads , physio etc. I felt (and so did all the health professionals that I saw) that I was managing my pain well.

Lifestyle Choices with FND
It started to get a lot better with
osteopathy
and thought I was cured but it seems stress is the big problem in this situation so it’s likely to come back.. How does everyone manage it?

Chronic Left Ring Finger/Arm & Shoulder Pain
I've booked privately for
Osteopathy
and apparently my case is being raised at a MDT but I'm at my wits end. Just want to know if anyone has similar experiences or advice because I don't know what to do anymore. Thank you for reading

Newbie possibly with GCA
I have always had headaches to some extent and went through 20 odd years of severe Migraines following a riding accident until I discovered cranial
osteopathy
cured them for me. Any insights would be very welcome - thank you in advance.
