Hey guys,

Recently been diagnosed and feeling pretty upset. I’ve always been ill, constant fits and weight loss as a kid. Was tested for everything under the sun in and out of hospital. Cramps, pins and needles and I used to get my neck and back stuck and not be able to move.

It started to get a lot better with osteopathy and thought I was cured but it seems stress is the big problem in this situation so it’s likely to come back.. How does everyone manage it? I’m currently on anti-depressants which are helping but I am a singer and performer which naturally comes with stress from having to be on stage. Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with the after affects? I so easily am drained and feel weak after doing anything I put my energy into, even speaking to friends and giving them advice or something as simple as that. At the moment, I keep losing weight- I used to be 9.5 stone I am now very underweight at 7.5 stone and I love my food! Any help would be much appreciated.
