Don't want to go on 24 hr oxygen
Well looks like I am going down the wrong road! Am trying to limit my time on the oxygen. But I have to keep my Sats over ninety which I can only do on the compactor! Right now at rest i.e. Sitting the level is 81. If I practice my yoga deep breathing exercise I can bring it up to 90 and over but

Last night I skipped my pain pills because of the amount of Valium I had during my panic. But the weather here has turned a bit grumpy so I am going to say in bed under my warming blanket.hopefully I will be up and moving again soon.for now my pain meds are starting to work so it's off to sleep I go.

VINEGAR, my new best friend!
A few weeks ago I decided to add unfiltered vinegar to my diet and have been seeing more and more benefits. I've been encouraging people to try it ever since. Dr. Mercola has this article on his website today pointing out more of the scientific facts as to why it works. "Various studies, researchers

My GP surgery has put me on a substitute Adalat retard until they can get the original one again. Anyone

Doppler Scan
Just been told I don't have portal hypertension after Doppler scan. Is it possible to get oesophageal varices from cirrhosis without portal hypertension? Cause of cirrhosis (hep c ) cured, losing weight and never drink alcohol. I think sending me for endoscopy in these circumstances is a waste of NHS
