I have PBC, Portal hypertension, Grade 1 esophageal varices, High blood pressure, Type 2 Diabetes, I have extensive stage 4 Cirrhosis, and I have Nash my score was 6 out of 8. I had a Transjugular biopsy so we know all this for sure. Is there somebody who has all this that has lived a long time? Everything I've read says 1-3 years life expectancy without transplant. Thanks for any help.

Well, I guess nobody, including myself have an answer for you. 😞
I think it looks like you should start talking to your hepatologist about how to get on a transplant list. People with PBC who have had transplants say they feel so much better. It might not be as bad as you think. You are still pretty young aren't you? You could get a transplant and live out your life quite happily.
Sending prayers.
