Taking medicine Diabeta GB (glyburide 5 mg + metformin 500 mg) one tab in morning after meal since 4 years. at interval of 6 months range of sugar level after meal was 180 - 200. Working in farm. Diet is controlled. Kindly suggest herbal treatment with this medicine regularly.

Postprandial blood sugar should be less than 140 mg/dL. HbA1c should be maintained between 5.5 to 6.5%.

you said take medicine before meals. I take glycipage 500 morning after brekfast 8.45 AM & night after meals 8.45 PM. Is it correct. Many said take before meals my latest sugar fasting 100 post 160. My age is 77
