It has been my longest and toughest journey of my life.
Gave me a load of tramadol,
oramorph
and diazepam and asked to leVe. It took me over a year to get better. But, as I got better, I noticed, I was aching all over, like growing pains, bit more intense. I was getting zapps straight through my bones.

Has anyone had a bad reaction to Oramorph?
I want to know if other opioids would have the same bad effect as
Oramorph
or are they different?

Costochronditis and Fibromyalgia
I was given
oramorph
once which helped slightly but I get very groggy and nauseous from opioids plus I don't like taking them. 50mg of tramadol is generally the maximum I can take without having too many side effects.

Pain relief for endo nightmare!
I was taking a codine/paracetamol combo & ponstan but as they did nothing for me consultant changed to Diclofenac suppositories, Tylex &
oramorph
. So far I've held off on the
oramorph
but the difene / tylex not great. I'm afraid that I'm running out of options... and trying to avoid A&E.

how to stop pain from wound
I had the same problem last weekend after they dressed my wound last time but I thought it was because my wound was wet but the pain just built up earlier on, I tried
oramorph
and codein and I cannot calm the pain down. What else can I do for this pain please?

Morphine not working on RLS? Any experience?
Just to clarify: I used some out of date
oramorph
last summer and it seemed to work reasonably well, so something has changed. I was on
oramorph
for a month Dec-Jan while tapering off from the Buprenorphine, so I doubt this is due to withdrawal.

Not sure what to do....
I persisted and the offer of painkillers just increased to a point that they offered me
oramorph
(not practical as a lone parent). Fast forward to 2020, where I had horrendous and constant pain, along with a host of other problems.

Today I feel great!
I don’t know if it is the anaesthetic, the
oramorph
glug I had post op or the day of complete rest, but today, I feel like I did before FMS, RLS and PLMD came to stay! I even slept completely between wee breaks! Long may it last!!!

Morphine reaction.
GP suggested, as another throw of the dice, i try
oramorph
. First couple of days were promising but on day 3 i developed a tsunami style itching all over my neck, legs and chest. So unbearable i stopped the morphine but sadly the cough back with a vengence. Has anyone else had anything similar?

I’m clueless!
Since then my pain was been ‘managed’ with a mixture of pills and I am prescribed 100mls of
oramorph
as and when required. (Which is monthly!) Yesterday I saw gynae again and the lovely consultant had immediately suggested surgery.

I’m curious to know if many fellow sufferers of RLS on have found that
Oramorph
makes their symptoms worse.

Pericarditis following pacemaker implant
fainted - diagnosis one tiny pneumothorax that has completely resolved since and a bout of pericarditis caused by the heart reacting to the leads which was finally diagnosed 30 hours later by a cardiologist and an echo, treated with ibuprofen and, when they finally persuaded me it wouldn't make me high,
