Yesterday I had some minor surgery but under general anaesthetic. I don’t know if it is the anaesthetic, the oramorph glug I had post op or the day of complete rest, but today, I feel like I did before FMS, RLS and PLMD came to stay! I even slept completely between wee breaks! Long may it last!!!

Oramorph is morphine so it is not surprising it helped your RLS.

It's probably because the cause of your rls is yor diet snd you haven't eaten because of the pp.

Oooooo, that’s interesting. You feel RLS is diet related then. Can you tell me more?

I have completely eliminated my rls by changing my diet to avoid processed foods which are invariably high GI like bread, refined sugar and refined starch which cause inflammation and hypersnsitivity of the nerves along with refined seed oils.
