Probiotics
Morning all. Hope everyone is managing well in these strange times. I've been reading through some posts & have noticed mention of Probiotics a few times. As some of you will know I was addicted to high doses of Prescribed Opioids for 8 years which I'm still convinced caused my PA. Amongst other things

OSTEOPOROSIS THE FORGOTTEN DISEASE YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.
Hi everyone, hope you are all doing better than I am at the moment. A few weeks ago my back pain was increasing and it was becoming difficult to stand and walk even the few paces that I can usually manage in the home. I suspected as in the past this was a warning that another fracture was going to occur

Woman health and addiction
I found out on AddictionResource that any addiction can be a health hazard for women but using substances or smoke during pregnancy brings many risks for the unborn baby as well. Hello This is my first post, be gentle with me! I was diagnosed with endometriosis in August last year. I was listed for surgery but then the whole COVID thing happened so it has been postponed. I have been regularly symptomatic for about 18 months now. I’m looking for advice of dealing with the bloating

Dental treatment
Is anyone else suffering from a rotten tooth while halfway through chemo? I would welcome any advice. I am surviving at the moment, trying to stay on Paracetamol with Ibuprofen and codeine for when necessary. The dentist says I must have swelling and a temperature before they will consider seeing me.

Living & dying in my room from anxiety and depression.
I feel like that’s my future assuming I can hang onto my sanity. I have Lupus & am on Cymbalta, Xanax, & 2 opioids. I have had these problems since I was 17. So it’s not caused by the meds. I recently went off Zoloft with no noticeable change. I’m 59 now & don’t see any kind of future. The big questions

Post 636 Know what "YOU" are taking 23 Apr 2020 2
The last time I checked everybody on this site has some form of ms. So this should be obvious to everybody. With ms, we take all sorts of medicines at different dosages and at different times. Make a list of your medicines. When “YOU” take them, how many and at what dosage, and most importantly

Giving myself a month's holiday from bisphosphonates
I've been on Risedronate less than a year. Because of other pre-existing health issues, worsening, I don't know whether that is because of ageing or because of
bisphosphonate side effects I decided to have a month's holiday to find out. But when my best friend (doesn't have op) told me that she
