Kratom for RLS

Hi folks, I know that Kratom works for some for RLS . What is the recommended dosage?

I brought some home from a vacation but have not tried it since, as I am presently on low dose Opioids which I’d love to get off or at least reduce . I am constantly trying to reduce the dose but I keep spinning my wheels on that and after a year of Opioids , I have not really been successful .

Thanks for any advice from the wise and experienced sufferers in this group. Ok

Personally I take about 5g on an empty stomach when I use it or there abouts ( I have mine put onto pill form).

I use a 'red' strain as they are meant to be the best for pain.

Good luck.

Thanks so much for your reply. I’ll definitely try it out, sounds like nothing to lose and I may find a better solution for this plague that we’re living with.

I have had great success with kratom in mitigating my RLS symptoms and was able to drop oxycodone (as treatment for RLS) in a single day with no withdrawal symptoms. I echo Raff’s comments and would add that, if you choose to use kratom regularly, it would be wise to use a number of different strains and rotate them daily to avoid building up tolerance. It probably goes without saying to find a reputable kratom dealer who sells pure kratom without any additives. Good luck!

If you buy by the kilo, online, the price per gram goes down to 8 to 10 cents. I'm not sure whether our moderators will allow recomendations of websites, or I would tell you which one I use.

Hi DoDahMan

thanks for responding . I’m using the Kratom that I have for now , although I’m not certain if it’s going to work for me yet . If it does , I’d like to know of a reputable website to order It from . I don’t know if it’s acceptable to post it here or how to find out. Maybe you could DM me with the info. for if I find that it’s working for me .

Thanks so much

I heard many times that kratom relieves stress and even cramping, but I never believed in it. For me, kratom is a remedy for restoring sleep and the nervous system. After losing my job, I was very worried and eventually I faced depression. in the end I realized that I wanted to stop it but I couldn't. Then I talked to my father and he advised me to find krat and use it in small quantities. Firstly I was amazed at what I heard from him, and secondly I was glad that I found something As a result, I came across kratomgallery.com/ and after reading the reviews on their page, I decided to try kratom by all means and ordered it. The effect was not long in coming and my health improved quite still fast ...
